Welcome to the Savvy Kickstarter Program application. This program helps you launch a career in the video game industry through hands-on training, including opportunities to work and learn in partner studios.

You’ll build both technical and soft skills, with the goal of securing a full-time entry-level role upon graduation. The below opening is for a Community Management Intern at Evolite Studio — full-time, paid, and based in Jeddah. The internship runs from September 1st, 2026 to March 28th, 2027.

Submit a video cover letter. It must be 2 minutes (±15 seconds), with you facing the camera against a neutral background. In your video, you are required to: 1) briefly state your full name; 2) explain why you want to work in the gaming industry; and 3) describe what you can bring to the industry. Ensure you address all three points and stay within the time limit (between 1'45'' and 2'15''). Keep it natural and authentic—no need to overthink it. If your file size is too large, you may use any free online tool to compress it before submission.

Create a community engagement plan for your favorite mobile game that aims to grow and retain an active player base. Your deliverable includes two parts: (1) A concise document (2–3 pages max) outlining your strategy—target audience, tone of voice, key platforms (e.g., Discord, TikTok, X), weekly content plan, engagement tactics (events, replies, moderation approach), and how you would handle common situations (toxicity, complaints, hype moments). Include clear KPIs and how you would track success. (2) A short edited video (30–60 seconds) promoting an in-game event or update, using existing game footage or assets (no need for original gameplay capture). The video should match the game’s tone, be paced for social media, and demonstrate basic editing skills (cuts, timing, captions, simple effects). Submit both the document and the final video. Use of generative AI is allowed, but unrefined AI-generated content or submissions that feel templated and indistinguishable from other applicants will be disqualified.
